Delivery information

When will I receive my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated shipping date:

  • DHL Express: DHL is available.
  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days based on the date the order was placed. Shipping is free.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We take care of our planet and do not keep the drain so as not to overuse resources. Please be careful: order processing usually takes 1-3 business days.

How can I track my order?

DHL Express

  • Go to the DHL website.
  • Paste your tracking number from the "Shipping Information" email you received from lkyleshko@gmail.com. If you have not received the email yet, please check your spam folder. If the letter is nowhere to be found, we are always happy to help lkyleshko@gmail.com
  • On the home page, enter the tracking number and click the "Track" button

Standard Shipping

  • Go to the Nova Poshta Global site.
  • Paste your tracking number from the "Shipping Information" email you received from lkyleshko@gmail.com. If you have not received the email yet, please check your spam folder. If the letter is nowhere to be found, we are always happy to help lkyleshko@gmail.com.
  • Each tracking number of Nova Poshta also has a tracking number of UPS, our partners.
  • Go to Nova Poshta tracking and in the line "Additional numbers" you will be able to find your UPS tracking number (usually the latest one)
  • Go to the UPS website
  • On the home page, fill out the tracking and click the "Track" button

Business days are Monday-Friday, except holidays.

As delivery times vary by location, a more accurate estimate of delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Please note that although we endeavor to deliver your items within these times, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
